21 Day Rule For Healthier You…

One of the main reason people put their health on the back burner is that it feels too overwhelming. As we’re simply too busy and too stressed to overhaul our entire lifestyle in one fell swoop. Major overhauls like that aren’t actually necessary to getting your life on healthy track. Focusing on small steps- little changes you can incorporate in one day at a time – is not only more doable, but also more sustainable for the long term. Only, we have to follow 21 Day Rule. 21 Days for 21 Small steps that leads to a Healthier You!

Step 1 – Eat Regularly :- Skipping meals can leave you feeling so famished that you end up over eating later in the day.

Step 2 – Guzzle of H2O :- The benefits of drinking water range from increasing energy to regulating appetite to improve digestion.

Step 3 – Eat out of Physical Hunger :- Take steps to stop emotional eating.

Step 4 – Get Outside :- Now that the weather is finally improving , try to get some fresh air three times a day for atleast five minutes at a time.

Step 5 – Keep expectations about your weight realistic.

Step 6 – Commit to exercising for just 30 minutes a day.

Step 7 – Make small , healthy changes substitute fresh fruits for junk food like wise.

Step 8 – Stay on track even on weekends.

Step 9 – Get some extra sleep. If you’re not getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night, try going to bed for a week.

Step 10 – Early to bed and Early to rise makes a man Healthy, Wealthy and wise.

Step 11 – Decompress daily :- Spend just a few minutes for meditation.

Step 12 – Snack wisely.

Step 13 – Your internal motivation needs for a Healthier You.

Step 14 – Take more steps every day :- You don’t have to hit the gym.Simply standing up and taking a few more steps throughout the day.

Step 15 – Have a handful of Nuts :- Walnuts , almonds , peanuts and other nuts are good for your Heart.

Step 16 – Avoid Negative people.

Step 17 – Include proteins such as eggs in your diet.

Step 18 – Practice deep breathing.

Step 19 – Develope a consistent morning routine.

Step 20 – Develope a consistent bed time routine.
